Standard pre-paid booking cancellation policy
when you book the full rental amount is charged
cancellation of reservation :
up to 7 days before receipt, refund of the entire amount minus a debt of 25 euros
up to 3 days before receipt, refund of 50% of the amount
Refunds are not made in the following cases:
Returning a car earlier remember that there is no possibility of refunding any amount of money in case you return the car for any reason before the date and time indicated in the rental agreement.
When you do not show up at the agreed pick-up point of the car for up to an hour without any notification that you will be late. Except in the case of flight delays, in which case you have an extra hour of your arrival after the arrival of the flight.
